SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING STATEMENT

Introduction
Modern slavery and human trafficking are serious crimes that violate individuals’ freedom and dignity for the benefit of others. These crimes take many forms, including slavery, forced labour, and trafficking. Millions of people worldwide, including in developed countries, are affected. Every company is at risk of being involved in these practices, either directly or through its supply chain. ARB Engineering Services Ltd is committed to a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking, working to prevent these practices in our operations and supply chain.
Our Business and Supply Chain
We recognize that imported goods from outside the UK and EU may be more likely to involve slavery or trafficking issues. To address this, ARB Engineering Services Ltd carefully vets our direct suppliers and labour agencies through audits. We expect our suppliers to also carry out due diligence and checks within their own supply chains.
We aim to build long-term relationships with reputable suppliers and contractors who share our commitment to anti-slavery practices. Any supplier found in violation of the Modern Slavery Act will face strict action, including termination of their relationship with us.
Employees are encouraged to report any concerns about slavery or human trafficking in our business or supply chain. These concerns should be raised with their manager or a company director. We will support anyone who reports such concerns in good faith, even if those concerns are later found to be unfounded. No employee will face any negative consequences for reporting such issues in good faith, including dismissal or disciplinary action.
Our Board of Directors
The Board of Directors fully supports this statement and is committed to ensuring the effective implementation of our policies, including our Code of Ethics and Whistleblowing policies.

This statement is made in compliance with Section 54 (1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
